Herts Building Design were appointed, after planning permission had been granted, to develop the detailed construction drawings for building regulation approval. Situated in a conservation area in Highgate Haringey, the unattractive 60s built block of four storey terraces was built just before the conservation area was generated by the council. The clients wanted to modernise the block for 21st Century living and to create more external space.

The construction drawings were developed with the individual clients needs utilising new materials, not seen in the area before.
