Lees architects were commissioned as a consultant architect to help design a 4-house scheme in Arkley. Each house was designed in a traditional, mock Georgian style which is the aesthetic of the area. Each house is approximately 4000 sq. ft. The scheme won planning and the developers are beginning the process of construction, another success storey for Lees Architects.
