As the build progressed, Stuart was quick to respond to any and all queries. We felt that Lees Architects were invested in our project and we are delighted with the result.
Dealt with Sam with regards to a kitchen extension and remodelling of first floor rooms. Very professional and always available to talk through problems. I was originally hesitant to go with an architect as wanted the ease of a design and build contractor. However, Sam dealt with all aspects from drawings, to arranging structural engineer, to planning applications, build over agreements etc. I couldn’t highly recommend him enough. He realizes that is a stressful situation for homeowners and always took the time to explain things and make it a priority to get queries resolved.

Stewart provided thoughtful drawings for this project, he matched up my requirements and ensured the plans would make the best use of the space. He managed the process smoothly through planning, and once planning was granted he produced detailed construction drawings that my builder informed me were very detailed and helpful. Stuart was always on hand for any questions and was always very quick to get back to me on any questions. The end result speaks for its self and I owe that to Stuart.
