Dealt with Sam with regards to a kitchen extension and remodelling of first floor rooms. Very professional and always available to talk through problems. I was originally hesitant to go with an architect as wanted the ease of a design and build contractor. However, Sam dealt with all aspects from drawings, to arranging structural engineer, to planning applications, build over agreements etc. I couldn’t highly recommend him enough. He realizes that is a stressful situation for homeowners and always took the time to explain things and make it a priority to get queries resolved.
