Maisonette Refurbishment Clapham

Lees Architects completed a refurbishment of a lower ground and first-floor maisonette in Clapham. Previously the floor plan was formed of a narrow corridor with rooms facing the front and rear, creating dark spaces with limited or no access to good light or ventilation. Opening up the floorplan has transformed the living space, bringing light into the lower ground level and providing a space for modern living, with a surprisingly large kitchen in what was previously small space.
