Flats in Bounds Green

One of Lees Architects first-ever projects had the potential to add three additional flats on top of an existing block of 9 flats.

The scheme was approved by Haringey first time and vastly improved the
aesthetic of the existing block of flats. Grey zinc was used which reflected the existing windows to the scheme.

The zinc also provided an attractive contrast to the red brick below.
