A staggered extension approved under prior approval provided the client with a new open plan vibrant living space, perfect for their growing family. A bold red brick highlights the window reveals and forms planting at the base of the wall to stand out from the white rendered façade. Internally a more toned down palette of materials is used, forming the rear wall in brick and using earthy green tones for the kitchen. The clients are very pleased with the extension which stands out amongst other rear extensions as something different and unique.
