The clients were delighted with the outcome

Lees Architects were commissioned to apply for a three bedroom house in the rear of a house in Whetstone. The scheme posed a number of challenges due to the difficult planning constraints of the site. With considerable knowledge of Barnet and Londons’ planning policies, we were able to follow a procedure with planning which resulted in full planning permission granted. The house is essentially hidden behind, what would appear to be a boundary fence and replicates the neighbouring garage block in a modern fashion. the result is an attractive, usable three bedroom dwelling within 5 minutes walk to Totteridge and Whetstone tube station. The clients were delighted with the outcome.
