In one of the most prestigious roads in Enfield, we were able to obtain planning permission for a 4500 sq ft house in a contemporary style first time at planning! The modern aesthetic used features of Tudor Architecture which is common on the road to define the aesthetic with white render and an overhanging first-floor feature. The scheme is currently being built, photos will follow.
