Herts Building Design was appointed, following planning permission had been granted, to develop the detailed construction drawings for building regulation approval. The traditional block of nine flats with underground parking is on a prestigious corner site in Totteridge and Whetstone and utilises the corner with attractive contemporary detail. The neighbours are extremely complimentary of this block and it sits extremely well within the context of its surroundings.

The development of the construction drawings, along with the onsite input we had throughout the build, allowed for a smooth transition from drawings to on-site completion. Working closely with the client’s structural engineer and mechanical and electrical consultants, the result was immaculate and all the flats sold instantly, much to the client’s delight.
