NEW BUILD HOUSES
Lees architects were commissioned a consultant architect for the erection of four detached houses on a back-land site in Haringey, London. The planning process was difficult due to the surrounding neighbours who overlooked the site. They did not want a scheme to be erected on the site. Planning was finally granted, and the construction process is nearly complete. The contemporary style was a desire of the council who appreciated the quality of brickwork in the area. The brickwork has been done to an extremely high standard with bevelled joints to create a contrast to the brickwork. The quality of brickwork was vital to ensure a high-quality scheme as the only material throughout the scheme is brickwork. We made this clear to the contractors on site. The scheme is set to finish soon and the developers will be selling the houses.
